This project is now dead

In 2005, Rainstorm Entertainment was developing a movie version of Robert McCammon's 1989 short story "Night Calls the Green Falcon.", which appeared in the anthology Silver Scream and the McCammon collection Blue World. The movie is current under development. No film date is known yet.
The movie will be executive-produced by Steven G. Kaplan.
The movie will be produced by Gregg L. Daniel and Clint Hutchison.
The screenplay is by Clint Hutchison.
The film will be directed by Lance Dreesen.
